The Online Compton Phonological Assessment of Foreign Accent is a comprehensive analysis we provide to reveal the patterns and habits that may be causing you to be hard to understand.  From this we create a Master Plan that will prioritize the target sounds we will address for your optimal success.  Additionally, we will get to know your personal and/or professional goals so that we may best customize your learning experience.   

Individualized Learning Program

13 weekly 60 minute sessions that will week by week systematically breakdown the correct production of each target sound and how to practice what you have learned before the next session appointment.

Option 1

Individual Training: Sessions are conducted online and scheduled at a time that is convenient for you.  If you are local to the Northern New Jersey area, 5 of the 13 sessions can be face to face meetings at your office or our office.

Option 2

Group Training: Sessions are conducted online and scheduled at a time that is convenient for 3 – 4 people who have expressed interest in group sessions.  Group training may not be immediately available as it is dependent upon the registration of 3 people at a mutually agreed upon time.

Compton PESL Online Practice Program
Changing your native language speaking habits is a gradual process which can only be accomplished through practice. The more you practice, the faster you will develop your new speech habits. As a guide, you should plan to practice daily.  This online practice portal will keep you on track, provide feedback, and extra instructional support.  One of the advantages of using the program is that your instructor can review your practice recordings so that they may provide ongoing feedback.  This is an invaluable tool.
